Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and improve the physical aspects of our property. You will handle routine maintenance, complete make-readies for new move-ins, and keep detailed records while supporting grounds and common areas. EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid license, and on-site work are required.

The role includes an on-site schedule, potential on-call shifts, and the opportunity to contribute to safety and quality across a 350-unit garden property.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications required for refrigerant handling and service.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate golf carts on property.
• State and local certification requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and performs preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Executes make-ready process for vacant units, scheduling vendors and inspecting work.
• Maintains inventory, purchases supplies, and tracks usage for reordering.
• Documents service requests accurately to enable tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, cleans and paints as needed, and supports cost-control.
