Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Cary, NC is seeking a Service Technician for Tradition at Stonewater to maintain the property’s buildings, grounds and common areas. You will diagnose issues, handle work orders, complete make-ready tasks, and support safety and quality standards on site.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility for on-call evenings/weekends. Benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.
• Certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs per safety standards and code requirements.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacants for leasing, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and ensuring tasks are completed.
• Manages materials and inventory by tracking use, returning unused items, and notifying supervisor to reorder.
• Documents service work promptly to enable proper tracking and closure of requests.
• Maintains grounds and amenities by cleaning, painting, and performing minor repairs as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing instead of replacing when feasible and using materials responsibly.
