Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours and perform routine upkeep.
• Prepare vacant apartments via make-ready, coordinate vendors, obtain materials.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; clean, paint, and perform upkeep as needed.
• Assist cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
• Periodically inspect work by contractors to ensure quality and scope.
• Attend safety meetings and comply with OSHA and related requirements.
• Interact with residents professionally and respond to maintenance inquiries.
