• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance following safety standards.
• Performs make-ready tasks for vacant apartments and moves-ins.
• Tracks inventory, obtains supplies, and notifies supervisor for reordering.
• Documents work orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; performs cleaning and minor repairs.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
