• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments and inspections.
• Track materials, tools, and inventory at the maintenance shop.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning and painting.
• Follow safety procedures and attend OSHA-related training.
• Communicate issues to management and document work orders.
