Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician to maintain interiors and exteriors of the property, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support make-ready tasks for new move-ins.

The role requires reading and writing skills, basic math, and familiarization with hand and power tools, plus EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license. On-site, full-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Make-ready processing for vacant apartments, schedule vendors, and inspect work.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Attend safety meetings and comply with OSHA and risk management policies.
• Interact with residents professionally and address maintenance inquiries promptly.
