Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold indoor and outdoor property standards, addressing repairs and routine upkeep across buildings and amenities. You will handle work orders, prep vacant units, and coordinate with vendors.

The role requires familiarity with hand and power tools, basic computer systems, and strong safety awareness. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are required, with on-site work at our Nashville properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• EPA refrigerant certifications Type I/II or Universal are required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Current valid driver’s license is required.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs and maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders within 24 to 48 hours and performs routine upkeep.
• Preserves make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing; manages punch lists and vendor coordination.
• Tracks materials, inventory, and tool usage; reports reorder needs to supervisor.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; handles cleaning, painting, and minor repairs as needed.
• Assists in safety compliance, attends trainings, and documents activities for records.
• Performs property inspections and communicates safety or maintenance concerns to management.
