Greystar is seeking a Service Technician in Nashville to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality.

The role involves completing work orders, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting in make-ready tasks for leasing. HVAC-related refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license are required. Strong safety and documentation practices are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience performing on-site maintenance and repairs per safety standards.
• Ability to diagnose defects and plan repairs for midrise properties.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property.
• Performs the make-ready process for vacant apartments including inspections and punch lists.
• Tracks inventory and coordinates re-orders with maintenance supervisor.
• Completes documentation and paperwork for service requests.
