Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to ensure building systems, grounds, and common areas meet safety and quality standards. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and prepare units for leasing, while coordinating with vendors and maintaining accurate records.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to work evenings/weekends, and EPA refrigerant certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and repair work.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance across building systems.
• Strong documentation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and performs preventative maintenance.
• Makes ready units for leasing; conducts pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Tracks inventory and coordinates with vendors for supplies.
• Documents service activities clearly and timely.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning and painting.
• Supports cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts where feasible.
