Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a skilled Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring property buildings meet safety and cleanliness standards. You will handle maintenance requests, prep vacant units, inspect operations, and support grounds and common areas.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1/II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Completes make-ready process for vacant units, including pre-move-in inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Follows procedures to obtain materials and tracks inventory; notifies supervisor for re-ordering needs.
