Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance and completing work orders on residential properties.
• EPA Type 1/Type 2 or Universal refrigerant recycling certification required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate maintenance vehicles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues and perform repairs to building systems while following safety and code requirements.
• Complete make-ready and punch lists for vacant apartments and coordinate vendors.
• Track inventory and restock materials, returning unused items to storage.
• Document service requests accurately to support property records.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control efforts by using parts efficiently and avoiding waste.
