Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure physical aspects of the property meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, prepping units for new leases, and maintaining grounds. Must have EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license; opportunity for bonus programs and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and minor HVAC issues.
• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications required for designated technicians.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a golf cart on property if needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and code requirements.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Document work performed for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with cleaning and painting as required.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
