Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of the property, grounds, and common areas to meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, handle work orders, and support make-ready processes for new move-ins.

Ideal candidates have EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license; ability to travel between properties; willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications.
• State and local certification requirements met.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing to policy and code.
• Performs make-ready processes for vacant apartments and coordinates with vendors.
• Manages materials and inventory, notifying supervisor on reorder needs.
• Documents work and keeps records for service requests.
• Assists with grounds, cleaning, and painting tasks as needed.
• Supports cost-saving through parts reuse and efficient tool use.
