RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain interior and exterior property areas, respond to resident requests, and perform preventive maintenance. The role emphasizes timely service, safety, and accurate documentation, with opportunities to work with Entrata, Yardi, and OneSite systems.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible on-site schedule.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite).

Mansioni

• Respond to service requests within 24–48 hours and perform routine maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Repair and replace components while adhering to safety standards and code requirements.
• Maintain accurate paperwork, inventory, and documentation of work orders.
• Inspect work performed by contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
