Qualifications

• EPA certifications required for refrigerant handling.
• State/local jurisdiction certifications as applicable.
• A valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues to meet property standards for safety and operation.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units, including inspections and coordinating vendors.
• Access materials and trackInventory, reorder supplies as needed.
• Document maintenance work clearly for records and tracking.
• Assist with grounds/amenities upkeep and general cleaning as required.
• Support cost-control by repairing parts instead of replacing when feasible.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling

Valid driver's license
