Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role performs diagnostic and repair work, wage hourly, and supports make-ready tasks for new residents.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, inventory control, and documenting activities.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling (applies to certified technicians).
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacants, including inspections and punch lists.
• Access and obtain materials, track inventory, and notify for re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and records.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
