Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the property meets Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role includes handling work orders, preventive maintenance, and light upkeep of grounds and amenities.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready tasks for new move-ins, managing material and inventory, and assisting with safety and inspections.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 & II or Universal required for refrigerant recycling.
• State and local certifications as required for all Service Technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing per policies and codes.
• Executes make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch lists, vendor scheduling, and material procurement.
• Accesses and obtains materials from the maintenance department, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor when reordering is needed.
