Job summary

Asset Living in Utah is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site operations at Ascent Apartments. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, handle make-ready tasks, and assist with safety compliance.

On-call emergencies and strong resident relations are part of the role. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform routine, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Maintain pool and chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily for hazards.
• Maintain inventory and organize maintenance shop.
• Assist with make-ready and turnover events.
• On-call emergency duties.
