Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician for on-site maintenance at one of our properties in Oregon. Responsibilities include handling resident service requests, performing preventative maintenance, and completing the make-ready process for new move-ins.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and compliance with safety policies. Expect a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• All required state/local certifications.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Access materials and track inventory; report re-orders to maintenance supervisor.
• Complete documentation for service requests.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; light painting and cleaning as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing instead of replacing parts when possible.
