Job summary

Camden Property Trust is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle maintenance service requests across the community. Qualifications

• Six months of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment communities.
• High school diploma; trade school certification desirable.
• EPA Type I, II or Universal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete service requests promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance team to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety hazards and report or correct them.
• Perform preventative maintenance on community equipment.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and complete repairs as needed.
• Keep community appearance up by lighting checks, trash removal, and repairs.
• Document work in Onesite for service requests and make-readies.
• Assist with groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and other tasks as needed.
