Job summary

Camden Property Trust is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle maintenance service requests across the community. The role includes make-readies, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and preventative tasks, with a strong emphasis on exceptional resident experiences.

The ideal candidate has apartment maintenance experience, a high school diploma or trade certification, and EPA certification is highly desired. Flexibility for weekends/holidays and a valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with ability to anticipate residents' needs.
• Experience in apartment maintenance or similar environment preferred.
• EPA certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with maintenance supervisor and team to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety hazards and report or correct them.
• Perform preventative maintenance on community equipment.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and perform necessary repairs.
