Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of our properties meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will perform repairs, complete work orders, and participate in make-ready tasks to prepare units for leasing across our communities.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certification, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification.
• State and local certifications as required by jurisdiction.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests for service and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant apartments through make-ready process, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Tracks materials, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor for re-ordering needs.
