Job summary

Atria Senior Living - Longmont is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure resident homes are safe, functional and welcoming. This role repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general systems in resident apartments and common areas.

You will perform scheduled maintenance, respond to service requests, and help maintain compliance with safety standards while supporting a positive, resident-focused community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance performing the duties associated with a Maintenance Technician.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic skills such as measurement, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division for basic calculations.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and comply with motor vehicle policy standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry and related systems.
• Complete assigned service requests in a safe, timely manner.
• Perform turn-key work to ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready promptly.
• Maintain customer service standards and respond to resident requests to resolve issues.
