Job summary

Liberty Military Housing in Oceanside, CA seeks a Service Technician III to perform general and specialized maintenance in a multifamily community. You will operate building systems, execute repairs, and may lead other staff as needed.

Requires five+ years in maintenance with proficiency in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and related trades. Valid driver’s license and on-call availability are required. LMH offers strong benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ related maintenance experience preferred.
• Intermediate level in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance installation repairs and preventive maintenance on building systems and appliances.
• Tests and troubleshoots items across trades to assess function and determine repairs.
• Maintains and updates service requests using Yardi Mobile until completion and close.
• On-call service and emergency responses; 60-minute arrival requirement.
• Leads or supervises maintenance staff in the absence of management.
