Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a range of building systems and appliances across residential properties. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in at least two trades (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or appliance repair) and be prepared for on-call work, moving quickly to respond to resident requests.

Two+ years of related experience and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ related experience.
• Intermediate level understanding and experience in basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred HVAC and EPA.
• Basic computer skills (mobile device/PC).
• Must be available for on-call work and emergency overtime.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance, installation and repairs on building systems and appliances.
• Apply proficient skills in two or more trades (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair).
• Perform installations, service repairs, and preventative maintenance in homes and common areas.
• Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours.
• Maintain and update service requests using mobile device until completion.
• On-call service and emergency response.
• Follow safety regulations and LMH SOPs.
