Job summary

Liberty Military Housing seeks a Service Technician I to perform routine maintenance and repairs in a multifamily community. You will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance tasks while delivering quality service to residents.

Requirements include 1+ year maintenance experience, basic trades, valid driver's license, and willingness to be on-call. Competitive pay and strong benefits support career growth with a people-first culture.

Qualifications

1+ years of related maintenance experience preferred.
Beginner understanding or experience in two or more basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.
Working knowledge of appliances.
Competent with small hand and electrical tools; basic repair skills.
Good communication with team, vendors, residents; able to follow work directions.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and appliances.
Carry out tasks in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and other trades as needed.
Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours.
Maintain and update service requests via Yardi Mobile.
Attend on-call shifts and respond to emergencies.
Adhere to safety regulations and LMH policies.
