JES Holdings, via Fairway Management (FWM), is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for our Georgia properties. You will perform repairs, unit turns, and preventive tasks with an eye for detail, ensuring residents experience quality living environments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in multifamily or commercial maintenance, strong knowledge of building systems, and REAC/INSPIRE prep familiarity. Must lift up to 55 lbs and work outside in various weather conditions.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building systems.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and uphold 250+ apartment communities by performing repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Complete unit turns, respond to work orders, and ensure timely task completion.
• Perform drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs as needed.
• Be available for after-hours on-call and travel to neighboring properties for maintenance tasks.
