Job summary

JES Holdings, including Fairway Management, is seeking a Maintenance Tech II for our Americus, GA properties. In this role you will perform skilled maintenance across diverse systems, respond to work orders, ensure safety, and uphold quality standards on site.

You will gain exposure to HUD/LIHTC maintenance, preventative maintenance, and collaborative training programs while supporting residents and vendors. A strong focus on reliability and detailed workmanship is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC during unit turns and maintenance tasks.
• Perform general repairs independently and maintain property condition.
• Ensure curb appeal and timely completion of work orders.
• Possess and transport necessary maintenance tools; respond to after-hours on-call as needed.
• Participate in training on HVAC, safety, HUD and LIHTC maintenance standards.
