Job summary

JES Holdings, overseeing Fairway Management (FWM), seeks a Maintenance Tech II for Americus, GA. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general repairs to keep properties in top condition, respond to work orders, and support on-call needs. The role emphasizes timely task completion, safety, and resident satisfaction.

You will also participate in training on HVAC systems, safety, and HUD/LIHTC maintenance standards, while maintaining professional relationships with residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting and building systems.
• Familiarity with REAC and INSPIRE inspection prep.

Responsibilities

• Regularly troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC during unit turns and maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently and maintain curb appeal.
• Complete daily resident work orders and assist neighboring properties as needed.
• Be available for after-hours on-call and participate in training.
