Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel settings.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair and painting.
• Familiarity with building operating systems (door entry, fire suppression, etc.) and HUD/LIHTC standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to support unit turns and preventative maintenance.
• Complete daily work orders with attention to safety and quality.
• Attend after-hours on-call rotations as required.
• Travel to regional properties and participate in trainings.
