Birge & Held is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain communities, repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and equipment, and ensure timely unit turnovers. The role requires compliance with safety standards and strong attention to detail.

You will report to the Operations Manager and work across property assets, coordinating with maintenance teams to deliver a positive resident experience in Indianapolis, IN. Prior HVAC/EPA credentials are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of demonstrated success in apartment maintenance or related field.
• EPA certification required for refrigerant handling, or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Inspect buildings and common areas for cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and technical equipment.
• Repair appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems across properties.
• Ensure unit turnovers are completed within five working days.
