Birge & Held Group LLC in McCordsville, IN seeks a Service Technician I to support daily maintenance at our apartment communities, ensuring resident satisfaction and property functionality under the Operations Manager. You will perform repairs, coordinate with the team, and help uphold safety standards.

The role requires HVAC knowledge, EPA handling certification, and a valid driver's license, with on-site responsibilities including snow removal, landscaping, and upkeep across properties.

Formación

• Formal technical training in heating and air conditioning.
• EPA refrigerant handling certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• OSHA safety knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect buildings and common areas for safety and condition.
• Perform basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other repairs.
• Complete work orders within 48 hours unless emergency.
• Ensure unit turnovers within five working days.
• Provide on-site maintenance and coordinate with operations.
