Qualificações

• HVAC certification is required.
• Experience as a maintenance technician in multi-family housing.
• Irrigation knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Respond to work orders within 24 hours.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant homes.
• Complete paperwork timely and accurately for service requests.
• Track inventory used and notify supervisor for re-orders.
