Responsibilities

• Regularly troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC during unit turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain exceptional curb appeal and safety standards.
• Complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
• Must be willing to assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks.
