Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II (Service Technician – Make Ready) to maintain the community's physical condition and appearance. You will identify issues, complete service requests, and perform repairs to keep units market-ready and community standards high.

The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, HVAC and CPO certification preferred. Strong English communication, customer service, and safety awareness are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience.
• Multi-family maintenance experience helpful.
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and perform general maintenance and repairs per standards.
• Inspect vacated apartments and document renovations.
• Restore apartments to make-ready status.
• Respond to problems with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and more.
• Inspect community grounds and buildings for safety and maintenance needs.
• Address resident requests promptly with excellent service.
• Promote safe work practices on-site.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Fair Housing regulations.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
