Hawthorne Residential Partners in Hampstead, NC is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician II to handle work orders, assist with preventative maintenance, and keep communities clean and welcoming. HVAC certification and EPAHVAC knowledge are required.

Formación

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• EPA/HVAC Certification.
• CPO Certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status for the next move-in as per company standard.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance according to company guidelines.

Conocimientos

HVAC Certification

EPA Certification

Valid Driver's License

CPO Certification a plus
