Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• Experience with apartment maintenance preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status for next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance according to company policy.
• Maintain building and grounds and keep common areas clean.
