Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification is required and knowledge of routine repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status in preparation for the next move-in as per company standard.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Completion of preventative maintenance according to the guidelines outlined in company policy.
• Maintain shop appearance to facilitate quick assessment of supply inventory.
• Promote good relations with residents and team; participate in on-call emergency service rotation.
