Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Concord, NC. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain community equipment, assist with make-ready apartments, and support pool maintenance as needed.

Requires HVAC certification and a valid driver's license, with 2 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday with on-call rotation and growth opportunities through Hawthorne’s career path program.

Formación

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification required; EPA/HVAC Certification listed; valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status for next move-in per company standard.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance according to company policy.

Educación

High School or GED equivalent

Two years apartment maintenance experience

CPO Certification (a plus)
