Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification required; EPA/HVAC certification.
• Valid drivers license.
• CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status in preparation for the next move-in as per company standard.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Completion of preventative maintenance according to the guidelines outlined in company policy.
• Maintaining building and grounds daily; keep shop and grounds neat and litter-free.
• Promote professional relations with residents, co-workers, and staff; embody the Live It culture.
• Support on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled.
