Hawthorne Residential Partners LLC in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform on-site maintenance tasks across the community. The role requires HVAC certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to handle work orders, preventive maintenance, and make-ready repairs for vacant units.

Formación

• HVAC certification required.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA/HVAC certification listed in licenses.
• CPO certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status for the next move-in as per company standard.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Completion of preventative maintenance according to the guidelines outlined in company policy.
