Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners seeks a Maintenance Technician II to handle work orders, preventive maintenance, and daily upkeep across our community in Lake Charles, LA. You will diagnose, repair, and prepare vacant units for move-ins, with a focus on safety and quality.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and HVAC/EPA certification. CPO is a plus. The role includes an on-call rotation and opportunities for career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• EPA/HVAC Certification.
• CPO Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status as per company standards.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance per company policy.
