Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform on-site repairs, preventive maintenance, and routine upkeep across a community. The role requires HVAC certification and the ability to handle service requests to Hawthorne standards.

Two years of apartment maintenance experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and EPA/HVAC credentials are required; CPO is a plus.

• HVAC certification required and working knowledge of routine repairs.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and EPA/HVAC credentials.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs to Hawthorne standards.
• Complete service requests promptly and ensure readiness of vacants.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Perform building and grounds upkeep daily.
• Participate in on-call rotation and safety compliance.
• Build positive relationships with residents and team.
