Responsibilities

• Complete service requests promptly and to standards.
• Ensure vacant homes are rent-ready quickly.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Assist with painting and safety compliance activities.
• Maintain safety culture and follow PPE guidelines.
• Perform hot works per company standards.
