Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-call rotations.
• Ability to read policies and procedures and follow safety protocols.
• Knowledge of PPE and safe handling of chemicals.
• Familiarity with maintenance emergency procedures and systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and related systems.
• Complete service requests in a timely manner and keep units rent-ready.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with painting tasks.
• Maintain safety culture and follow Vivmark policies.
• Perform hot works within Vivmark standards.
