Job summary

Vivmark Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician II in Bellevue, WA. This role performs diagnostic repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general maintenance to keep our apartment communities in top condition.

With 2–3 years’ hands-on experience, a valid driver’s license, and ability to participate in on-call rotations, you’ll join a team committed to safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work on-call rotation and provide good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems and more.
• Completes assigned service requests and repairs in a timely manner according to standards.
• Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready promptly; perform turnkey work as required.
• Conducts apartment Preventative Maintenance.
• Assist in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintain safety culture and follow Vivmark policies; report unsafe conditions.
• Performs Hot Works including brazing, soldering, and welding within standards.
