Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Pleasanton, CA. The role involves diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues to keep the community in top condition.

You will handle service requests, preventative maintenance, and ensure vacant homes are ready for residents, while contributing to a strong safety culture. We value 2-3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliable communication with residents and team

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance work.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• On-call schedule rotation with the team.
• Ability to communicate with residents and team members to provide good service.
• Ability to read policies and Maintenance procedures including SDS.
• Knowledge of PPE and safe chemical handling.
• Basic understanding of emergency systems and shutoffs.
• Knowledge of paint types and tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
• Complete service requests and repairs per standards and timelines.
• Ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine upkeep.
• Support safety culture and proper handling of equipment.
• Perform hot works per company standards.
