The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work on-call in rotation with the team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repair.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Ensures vacant homes are rent-ready and performs preventative maintenance.
