Candidates should have 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and be able to participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be on-call in rotation.
• Ability to read and follow policies and SDS; knowledge of PPE and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, safety systems, and related areas.
• Completes service requests and repairs promptly per company standards.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready in a timely manner; performs turnkey work as needed.
• Conducts preventative maintenance on systems and spaces.
• Assists in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintains safety culture and reports unsafe conditions and nonfunctioning equipment.
• Performs hot works including brazing, soldering, and welding within standards.
