Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Baltimore, MD to handle maintenance requests, diagnose problems, and perform repairs to keep our community well-maintained.

The role covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and safety compliance; you will respond to service requests promptly and ensure apartments are rent-ready.

With 2-3 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and on-call rotation, you will join a team committed to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs.
• Ability to read and understand policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, safety systems, painting, and related areas.
• Completes service requests in a timely manner and ensures apartments are rent-ready.
• Performs preventative maintenance and supports safety programs.
• Participates in hot works (braze, solder, weld) per company standards.
